Next week, entrepreneurs will be given an opportunity to network, strategize, and get some expert advice from titans of the industry at the Entrepreneurship and Investment Summit which will be held from October 25-26 at the HempToday Center in Poland.
The summit is one of a series of annual hemp-focused micro conferences that are jointly organized by HempToday, The European Industrial Hemp Association, Czech based Hempoint, marketplace HempTrade, and matchmaking platform Enterprise Hemp.
Entrepreneurs from 13 countries have registered for the summit. They come from Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, Italy, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Togo, and the U.S. Twenty-five spots were available, and only two currently remain open.
These participants represent a variety of products and sectors, including CBD, soaps and shampoos, vegan milk derived from hemp seeds, paper, hospital industry supplies, and hemp construction.
They will present their projects at the summit in pursuit of financial and other partnerships. The projects will include farming and processing, IT solutions to support the green industry, food, data-driven targeting and loyalty programs, and digital apps to support commodity trading and the hemp supply chain education and training.
The summit will be graced by a few business mentors to talk to and advise the participants. Jan Siemons, Investment Adviser at Holland-based International Trade Investment Center will address them, along with Jacek Kramarz, Director of Business Development at CBD maker Hempoint; Hana Gabrielova, Hempoint; Emir Polat, Hempbouqet, Canada and Turkey; Muhammed A. Qayyum, CEO and Co-founder of Fytocina SL, Spain and Kehrt Rehyer CEO, Editor and Publisher, Hemp Today.
The topics for discussion during the summit will include; preparing for investment, marketing and communication, bootstrapping and battering your way to success, social responsibility, organizing for growth, writing a business plan, evaluating investors, turning your idea into a viable business and developing a strategic plan.
The two-day summit provides a much-needed platform for young startups and early-stage companies to interact with other businesses. Through marketing, networking, matchmaking, and a general sharing of information, these startups will have the ability to advance and grow their businesses. This consolidation of knowledge is essential, as it gives startups access to information they would have had to pay for, or that would have been entirely out of their reach.
Every delegate will be allowed to present their projects, ideas, and enterprises during the summit, and they will get feedback and advice from the business mentors present and the other delegates.
Participants will get two days of strategizing and networking that will, without a doubt, aid them in their business pursuits.
